Western Digital who are known for manufacturing the hard drives in Apple's Macs, have now thrown out a compact external drive for any computer. The aim they wanted was to make a small hard drive large as possible restricting the size to 320GB, as going further would require a power cable to supply the power needed for larger disk space (hence they stopped as it doesn't require a power source). 250GB / 320GB are suitable enough for day to day use.
Simply USB powered, fast, compact, doesn't produce much heat and large makes this Ex-HDD the best one going on the market in my opinion. I even got myself a felt WD sleeve for this baby even though I don't travel much as I normally have it hooked up to my desktop computer.
